Our promise to you

Woody's Custom Saddles' promise to you, the customer, is that we will only sell the best quality products available and products that we use ourselves.  We personally design our products and search all over for the best craftsman/craftswomen to partner with.  Our return policy is a simple one...."we don't want you to keep the product if you are not happy with it".  You get a good ride in your saddle and if you feel you need to return it you can do so.  If paying by etransfer you receive a full refund minus the shipping.  If paying by credit card we refund the saddle minus the shipping and there is a restocking fee to recover the cc charges only.
